Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Sweet Pea Beauty Salon & Day Spa, we understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. We are committed to being understanding and flexible while also protecting the time of our service providers and the availability of appointments for other guests.
To help us provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that clients review the following policy:

Appointment Cancellations
We respectfully request at least **24 hours’ notice** for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a **cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service total**.

No-Show Appointments
Clients who miss their appointment without notice (“no-show”) may be charged a **20% no-show fee** based on the scheduled service amount.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, arriving late may require us to shorten or reschedule your service in order to remain on schedule for other guests.
If an appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the 20% cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits & Specialty Services
Certain services, including but not limited to:

* Services requiring significant product preparation or extended appointment times
may require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward the final service total.

Emergencies & Consideration
We understand emergencies, illness, severe weather, and unexpected situations occur. Fees may be waived at management discretion in situations involving genuine emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
